I'm so sick of looking through pages of crap trying to find domains that aren't terrible, so I'm looking at buying some decent domains and paying proper money for them.

My question is this: Am I safer backordering from snapnames or similar or better off buying from godaddy auctions?

My worry with backordering is that if i'm picking domains that have been deleted from the register that google will know this and penalise them? Am I right in assuming that as long as the backlinks keep pointint that the TF/CF, DA/PA will remain high?

My other idea is godaddy/dynadot auctions which I think happen before the domain is re-released - so is it safer to buy them earlier?

    Thanks

I'd go with GoDaddy auctions or domains off of flippa.

So long as domains have retained their metrics, they are good to use.

Get domain via auction and it's still all about quality backlinks. You have to rely on the backlinks instead of the metrics.

I think SkyRocketSEO sells domains here. He lists all the metrics for them and everything as far as I remember.

Yeah, keep track of the backlinks before buying them. You can buy some good domains at GoDaddy auctions if you know how to pick them.
