I have this 'thing' that concerns me.

I want to pay hosting that charges the very minimum, but the second more people go on it and my 'server' or whatever it is will start reaching its limit, my bandwith will increase automaticlly without a server crash (and of course, the monthly fee will increase)

My suggestion would be to just rent a VPS. UltraHosting is relatively cheap and reliable. You could scale your bandwidth up by just monitoring and upgrading as you go. For 200G of bandwidth its around $17, and scales up from there to 1500GB @ $64.
If you host any vids or things that pull alot of bandwidth, you can also use a service like Amazon S3 - extremely cheap bandwidth. That would essentially cut your hosting costs down.
    Hope this helps.

    Quick question,

the server will crash when it reaches around 80% or so, right? not the full 100%?
