What’s a good Ebay management software + auto-lister.

I sell products on Amazon (1 off products), only has 1 stock. I’d like to be able to grab the link of the listing, put into an auto-lister and have it listed on Ebay with all the details and pictures. I don’t want to have to login to eBay at all to change anything. yaballe does this but doesn’t let you change condition of items. I sell used items.

Also looking for a software that can handle automated messaging, messaging through the platform (I don’t even want to have to login to eBay), auto price adjustments (drop X% every week).

Anyone know solutions?
