What you do when you don't reach the follow limit on FL

It can be because you're getting temp bans from following so the bot literally can't follow until the ban is gone so it stays below 500 per day.
OR
You have you settings too specific, like follow people who posted x days ago, no privates, no profile pics, etc
In that case, FL isn't scraping enough users to follow so it can only follow 500 per day

Looks like your settings are to high.
Also, you're following/unfollowing at the same time? Most of the guys I know botting do one at a time and then switch off
