What Would You Say About this Keyword?

I can get it on the first page of google, I'm just wondering if I've found a good keyword? I mean it looks really good to me, but other's oppions would be nice.

It depends. What is the word?

Is the keyword one that make money like......

"get yourself a bmw" or is it something like "dog shits poo" LOL one might make you rich the other not so much...

Also is it a seasonal keyword that is popular at a particular time of the year or is it popular every month of the year?

Finally how is the competition.

If all the top ranks are all PR 5 sites with 6 - 12 + domain age and 200000+ keywords then forget it.

Those are some of the things you need consider when deciding if a keyword is good or not.

Also since you are using Market S, why not look at h 0w much people make when on top for that keyword and also much much people bid for to win that keyword in adword.

I just looked at the top 10 on google for the keyword with 673k monthly searches, all but 2 are 5 or above. out of the 2, 1 is pr of 0 with 12 inlinks via yahoo, the other was low as well.
i also have the domain for the exact keyword
the second keyword has about 5 that are pr of 5 and above, the other 5 are 0-3.
this is something people buy year round

You have found a good keyword

You've left out one key component here.

The commerciality of the keywords. The numbers may look great but that doesn't mean anything if you can't get searchers who can convert.

the next important thing is to find the right products or offers for your keyword.

I've got the products. The search term is actually for a service.

However, with the keyword.

The keyword getting 818k searches a day is "keyword1 keyword 2"
The keyword getting 22k searches a day is "keyword3 keyword1 keyword2"

My question is for the domain. The actual keyword w 22k searches, keyword3 is plural. the domain keyword3keyword1keyword2.com is taken, however if i make keyword3 singular, it is open.

Should I make my domain as "keyword3(singular)keyword1keyword2.com"
or would it be better as "keyword3-skeyword1keyword2.com"
So to clarify keyword3 would have two "s" instead of one.
