I have a list of 20,000 people looking for work. Some have sent me their resumes, some have not.

What kind of stuff would you promote to them? I am willing to experiment and test various things.

    Thanks for any help.:)

Yeah I have thought about work at home stuff. But I think conversions would be terrible because it just would seem so fake and spammy.

Anyone have any outside the box ideas?

i think monster.com will give you $1 for each person you can get to enter their resume to. With 20,000, you could make a couple grand with that.

how about starting a recruitment site, then sending them to that. Then you'll have double qualified leads, and you can then look at marketing that to recruitment agencies.

    Or something like that :p

I read this in an ebook somewhere, so its not my method:

Go tell them you want to pay them to write a review on using some services, where to actually use that service, they need to sign up. Redirect them to some free CPA offers, then when they completed the offer, theyre gonna start sending reviews, even lets say u get 5%-10% response rate out of 20k, that would be alot, just ignore the reviews theyre sending out, its up to u if u want to give them a share of your earnings or not. Use your imagination :)

P/S: Remember to target your audience and be sure to send crap traffic, coz otherwise ud be in big trouble.

Or that would work too :D

    awesome!!

Alternatively, make a recruitment site, then funnel them through to monster.

    Best of both worlds...

off to get me my own list now, thanks for the inspiration

In the UK, recruitment agencies get paid for work done by the employees they send. If an employee was getting paid £7/hour, the chances are the agency would be getting about £3.50/hour.

If it's the same over there, try and get those people jobs! Think, 37.5 hour week, even if it's £3.50/hour (about $5/hour), thats $187.5 per week, per employee...

Of course, there would be alot of paper work etc. but it could pull some money in. 10 employees, working for a year (48 weeks standard), would pull you $90k, with barely any work involved!

Hard to find people jobs though!

Hows that for out of the box? ^_^

Care to share even in vaguely how you got 20k interested in job sites? I'm pursuing a similar niche. I understand if you don't.....

Market a resume blasting service to them. I handled the marketing for one of the original resume blasting services back in the 90's. There was a lot of money in it. Not sure how much there is now. You'd just have to do a little bit of research. I don't recommend resume*blaster.com though. They changed the management team and still owe me thousands of dollars in commission payments. Look for one of their competitors that might have an affiliate program.
