What would you pay for a PR9 Domain?

PR9 domain has value based on the simple fact that it is PR9 and you can sell text links to not only the homepage PR9, but probably many PR 6-8 pages...

Without considering traffic or potential income that can be derived from the keyword of the domain as opposed to selling text links (or in addition), what would you think is the base value on a PR9 domain?

What would you be willing to pay for a real PR9 domain irregardless of the keyword?

What would you pay from an "Actual Page" PR9 backlink?

I know someone selling links on his pr 8 for $150 a month and he has 20 obl's so that is 3k a month right there. So work out what you think you can make and that should tell you what it is worth to you.

Pr9 sites our like yahoo.com etc.

I would just churn out non stop high authority sites non stop.
You can have a ton of pr8-pr7 eCommerce stores.

The thought makes me moist.

a PR 9 domain can be sold for over $15-20k if you have a good customer. Really good having several.
