I'm involved in the development of an Iwriter/Textbroker alternative, and I was wondering what are the biggest issues you have using Iwriter and Textbroker? The one that really irratates me the most is that Iwriter doesn't issue proper invoices to be used for accounting purposes unless I contact them through e-mail.
The other big one is the quality of the content, in quite a few of my orders I have to request a re-write or reject the article.

What are the biggest flaws of Iwriter and Textbroker in your opinion?

Iwriter simply sucks, because there is no actual way to see the quality of the writer before hand "in action" so to say. At least with elance and odesk you can keep the money in escrow and you sort of don't have to pay if their samples are in fact not theirs (like, samples are better than their actual quality). I don't really know how to solve this with a site like Iwriter, since the whole system they have sort of sucks when it comes to the quality.

The invoice point is a good one, easier to solve definitely than the writer quality problem. Maybe screening the writers would be a good thing, or at least screening like the top quality writers. Make them do tests that they can't have someone else write, in a similar manner as universities and their online tests. Time limits etc.
