I recently purchased a domain name with 165,00 Exact match Global searches and 110,00 exact match searches each month. What do you think a domain name like this is worth? Also, HIGH (1) competition.

    i agree.
just a domain name isn't worth too much.
create a site, rank it, get traffic, and make money.
especially if the keyword has that many searches.
domaining is still possible, but it's an old business industry now, the "new" thing is site flipping, not domain flipping.

Exact match TLD's aren't worth as much as they used to be unless it was registered years ago and you are in the ranks of casino.com, money.com, sex.com etc. Brand new domains with no content or backlinks or history are worth as much as the amount you were charged. It used to be a huge ranking factor, not anymore.

    Exactly!

An aged domain with good back-links is valuable - a new or dropped EMD without back-links is virtually worthless
