I will be vague but you will get the idea. I have a domain that is similar to the main site for years and no issues. But on it's own it's high in the serps (not top spot). The company has went after the advertisers so I've moved it (traffic) to different offers but each gets threatened by the company. Me, I just have ignored any threats from attorneys. So eventually i sent the traffic to another site where i received nothing but they threatened them too. So finally I just sent the traffic to a legit forum with real users who have complaints about them. Now they're after the domain and private whois information (which is false anyways). What would you do now, and if they get the domain or any information what would you do? Domain is offshore. I'm curious as to how others would respond. I don't respond to any emails but if they get the domain I would be a little pissed and find it hard to just let it go :(

I'm wondering if they will get the domain and/or any whois information from offshore domain registar? And if they get what they want would you retaliate or just let it go?
