A colleague sent me an email log containing thousands of business owners emails. What would you do if you had this list and what would you market to them?

    Hello GoinGreen,

If we are talking about small size business I would offer them internet marketing consulting because they all know there is alot of money to be made on the internet but they have no idea hwo.

Make clear the you offer a free analysis of their current website and make suggestions of how they could improve the profitability of their company by omplementing specific internet marketing techniques.

First of all consulting doesn't scream spam. This is what business owner invest in not in get a free website, 1 million backlinks or god forbid how to get rich overnight stuff.

In your free analysis I would tell them that you have done a keyword research in their niche use MS or googles keyword tool and print out the numbers. You have noticed that their meta tags and backlinks structure is not optimized for it and you can provide onsite and offsite SEO services. Later on you can implement optin forms and newsletters, ecommerce, members area etc.

    Hope that helps.

Offer them Websites or SEO services or mobile websites or something similar. Or any offer related to business like getting them more clients through your networking or efforts or any service you specialize in and they need.

Buy a dedicated server or VPS. Create a webhosting company (easier than it sounds). And email them saying you'll create a FREE website for them if they host with you.

Charge 20$ a pop each month.

You can easily make big bank. Use wordpress and free templates and logo templates to make the sites for them.

hosting and a free website might be ideal for a startup but these are established established businesses most with a website already (albeit not a very good one)

Sell it to internet marketers. Try fiverr & digitalpoint. I have sold my email list for $15 at digitalpoint.
