    Whats the situation?

    - I have several financial blogs (wordpress).
    - I've been contacted by a company and they are interested in my traffic / nr1 positions for several keywords.
    - I earn money from Google Adsense.

What can I offer these people?

    - What happens if I redirect (301) my url to their URL? Will I keep the position in Google? Will their website just get my position?
    - What happens if I redirect my url to their website after 30 seconds? Will this hurt my rankings?

What would you do in this situration?
    - Charge them for advertising (banner)
    - Charge them for each visitor you send them (redirect)
    - Sell them the website (how much?)
    - ...

Do NOT redirect your website. period.

You can charge them either for :
    - A flat fee to put an ad for them (banner or text ad) - Basically you sell advertising space.
    - Each visitor you send them through an ad or in-content link on a PPC basis.
    - Or you can also put a sort of sign up form on your website and sell leads to them (way higher price than PPC).

Last option is to sell them the website, but only if you want to bank hard only once.

I would rather keep the website and turn it into a long term income stream :)
