I need some advice, a friend of mine came to me & told me he can get brand new items from W&L-Mart 50% off the sticker price, I didn't ask if the items were hot but hypothetically lets say they are..

What would you do with this opportunity E-Bay & Craigslist popped in my head but then I got to thinking what if the stuff really is hot is it high risk selling the items, what would you buy & how would you go about it any feedback will be appreciated.

haha if i had to guess this is a horrible idea because I am decently certain I know how he plans to do this. What you need is a good fence for the items. Thats always how these schemes end up with everyone in jail. No good fences available.

What do you mean by good fence? It's don't ask don't tell for me. My buddy is getting it from someone (no clue) then I can buy it from him. Maybe I should just buy a few items for myself & forget about selling them? I can get literally anything like games which are locked up which leads me to believe there might be some store corruption.. on top of that this isn't the first time I have heard of getting goods discounted from this location, my old boss used to have people where he could get the same kinds of deals but only from different people.

Don't ask don't tell means squat in a court of law. Unless you have legitimate
receipts you better ask if they supply lube in bulk at the same discount.

If you do everything anonymously with your selling, just be smart about it. Then there's no way evidence can be built against you if anything bad happens. Even if it does it would be your word against whoever is ratting you out because there would be no real hard proof you ever touched the merchandise.

Even though it's very unlikely if the person who is selling to you gets pinched, that they would rat you out, but just be careful man. Don't incriminate yourself around the persons. Think of them as always wearing a wire or having a camera on you while you're doing business. You won't be going to jail even if you do end up getting caught, you're just a small grunt in the picture. Make some money!

Sounds like you might get your fingers burnt on the deal.
