What would you do in this situation? Removed 3 redirects, 1 redirect is ranking...?

    Okay guys, Long story short.

I had 1 domain ( a very good domain name , perfect for the targeted niche ) which was ranking with 3 redirects. These 3 redirects are also websites ranking for the same keywords, so basically I managed to get a good domain and redirected them all to my main.

It was great, I was ranking #3-4 for 20 keywords, until the penguin. When penguin hit, my main website's homepage was down to nowhere and the inner pages began ranking. May I add:
    Redirect 1=#7-11
    Redirect 2=#40-60
    Redirect 3=#50-100

I removed the redirects, now 1 of the redirects is ranking #7-11, and it's my shittiest website with no design, and the poorest quality basically. I know I can rank it back, but I have another choice. I can register a new .co.uk TDL of my very good domain name and rank that on https instead. Should I then have a link from each of my redirects ( no longer redirected ). So what I'm thinking about is: Create a new version of my website on a separate hosting + everything on my brothers name including GWT and everything, apply for a new adsense account also. The plus of doing this is that I will be able not to pay tax, because if I have both my adsense and my brothers adsense the income is split. My biggest mistake is that all of my redirects are on the same hosting plan...

What do you think will happen to my rankings? If I start ranking this new website on .co.uk and with SSL, with 3 links from websites from already ranking websites? I will then be able to buy blackhat packages and send them to one of the redirects, without them affecting my rank. Anyway given you are in my position, what would you do?

I can also redirect the ranking to my new domain, but it might be crushed by next penguin
