As part of my gradution a company offered me to be responsible for their IM department. I have shown them my results (mostly based by testing) and they were really suprised.

I am also working on my business plan(blueprint) to start in 2015 my own online marketing agency.

I really want to work my ass of for that company and will it be smart to share my blueprint with them? What would you do?

Rather than be employed by the company why not sign them up as your first client?

I see I was not clear enough in the OP, this company has no IM department and they really want one because their customers are often asking them IM related questions. Their key activities is developing websites and that kind of stuff. Their customerbase excist of big companies and goverment institutions. They have 20 fulltime people working at the moment.

The chance is big that they will offer me a contract after my graduation. So I am kind of stuck to decide what to do. I would love to sign them as my client. But on the other hand they will maybe feel betrayed or something like that....

Well, the experience you gain from working for them, will still help if you set up on your own in future, but it really boils down to how you feel.
Working for yourself, is hard work and the early years are tough, and you won't have the security that a job/career can provide.
Having said that, working for yourself is rewarding in so many ways.

I hope that you're honest with your situation and I'll try to give you the "road" to be followed in such kind of situation. What I understand is: they've help you to graduate or they paid part of your graduation (how ever you said that you are in debt to them), therefore you can't play dirty and make them your client, what you can do - and I strongly suggest to do it - if they give you the IM department to take in charge to sign a non-disclosure agreement that means all the methods/ways that you're using for growing up the clients website are your property and only yours. Like this if they want to change you they'll have to invest in another promoter and you remain with your portfolio. At least this is how I see the best scenario for your described situation.

Adding to what W130SN said - to grow alone at an early age is really hard (the examples of successes are really few and failures millions), just grow yourself, learn how to do/make the business and they take your wings and fly.

Yes they will help me to graduate and they will also pay me a small amount of money each month for working fulltime.

What you described is the way to deal with this matter. It sounds really fair for both of us.

IM in my country is really profitable and selling links(legit) for an example in will earn you 60/80 dollar per year per link.
