Calling all marketing gurus!

I am trying to promote my web design company to real estate agents in Canada and was wondering what are some good ways in doing so?

Offline and online marketing ideas are greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry I am not too sure what you meant by 'direct marketing' can you elaborate?

Start locally and get some clients under your belt.. Not point in tackling all of Canada.. Depending on your budget so far, offline advertising would be the best way to go.. Would try and pick off some areas using local SEO or PPC depending on funds.. Theres a lot of competition usually online targeting offline business, you don't see many online tactics being put to use at the local level.. Which is more money for us.. I would start with online/offline classifieds first. Maybe others can chime in, I wouldn't stray much further than this.


edit: Also I said direct marketing because I think it's much better to deal with businesses directly.. Some places don't know they want it until you explain it to them in-depth. Some may think they don't need a website w/e..

i would have some buisness cards made out and goto all the realty companys around my area and then hand them out hope that helps buddy
