What would you do if you found that some companies don't have their IG registered?

Depends on where the manufacturers are from. If they are from China i don't think you will get in any trouble as they probably don't care either so just probably do the creating an account and share your aff link method.

If the manufacturers are from countries that do care about infringement and such, maybe do what you mentioned in bulletpoint 1. Try to get them as a customer and explain them how you can create them an account and market it for them and how much traffic / sales / business they are losing by not using Instagram.

Make sure to create the username first so that they don't get sneaky and create it themselves

Tbh I couldn’t be their IG marketing manager os whatever is it called as my journeys with IG were horrible, haha.
