What would you do if you created a successful webinar funnel for high ticket products?

How would you develop it and scale it? My name is Lucas, I am from Brazil and now I am motivated to share my marketing and sales knowledge with my country through an mentorship program. I still don't know how to do traffic for it and make people join, I heard that giving a front-end product with the intention of making people buy the program works well but I don't know how to run it and develop it. My biggest problem is making ads for my product, if someone could help me out on how to structure this whole thing, I would greatly appreciate it!
