What would be your checklist of sending 10k cold emails?

I have 10k emails but I am having trouble sending any. Didn't initially know warming up a list was a thing and I got banned using tools like mailgun.

Also I have a list of messages to be sent after the initial message sort of like autoresponder messages. How do I fit all that in.

What would be your checklist if you were to send 10k emails. What SMTP, email platform etc.

Advertise on BHW
Use 5 email accounts.

Warm up the email account for at least 10 days, using a service like Mailwarm. There are cheaper alternatives, but for a huge list like 10k, don't compromise on the warming up costs.

Start slow - by sending 10 emails per account for the first 3-4 days, then scale it up to 50+ emails per account per day. At this rate, it will take you approx 30 days to complete the 10k emails. It is slow, but safe way to do this. Imagine the pain of starting over again just because you were not patient :)

Its a bit of a pain because I also have a list of messages to be sent after the initial messages sort of like autoresponder messages. How do I fit all that in
 
Do you plan to use a commercial service like Mailchimp or a DIY service like Mautic on a VPS?

Use Gmass for this - the best option.
