I recently got a hold of a Facebook Group Autoposter, which works, but I have to manually copy and paste each group URL I am in into a txt doc which becomes monotonous work when you are in upwards of 1K groups. Does anyone have a method as to how I can just scrape the complete list of group urls that I am apart of?

I can not PM yet so please comment on here. Any help would be much appreciated.

Use the Facebook Graph Search to gather the list of groups you are in. Use this string:
    "Groups I am in"

Then use iMacros or some other scraping script to get the URLS.

You need to use a better Facebook group poster which automatically load all your groups into system.
