I have a gambling website. There are 50 keywords in SEMRUSH and 200 SE TRaffic of US in Semrush. It is 3 months old and around 50 articles on it.

What would be the price of it. It has a nice name though.

Your help would be highly obliged.

I have a mortgage site with 3000 SE traffic and SE value $27,000 according to SEMRUsh, but I am not sure if I would be able to find a buyer on Flippa that would pay $500 for it (yes, I was thinking about listing it there, but since I have doubts about how much people give a damn about SEMRUsh stats I passed).

So, I would like to know if there is a pricing for these sites that have good stats at SEMRush...thanks for the OP...I guess we wont find an answer, but still

3 months old and 50 kws on SEMrush? Is it a dropped domain that had old data? SEMrush is very slow to update and considering that site had to first get indexed by Google for those kws and then get updated on SEMrush makes your claim almost impossible for a 3 month old website. I suspect you picked up a domain that SEMrush has data from the previous website.

With all that said, a serious buyer will not touch a site this new. The site doesn't have enough history to prove it will even stay indexed in Google, let alone rank for 50 kws.

Lastly, buyers want to know how much the site has earned and from what kind of traffic. To get a good price you need all the metrics in play; good age, good archive.org history, stable traffic, good link profile and at least 6 months of verified income history. I don't have time to list all the metrics seasoned buyers investigate but I can assure you it's not just SEMrush metrics.

It is not a dropped domain. I have registered it 3 months before.

Coming to semrush updating keywords. They are not slow, Keywords and SE value gets regularly updated.
I have not monetize the website yet and it has a fabulous name.

If the site is not earning anything then it would be tough to sell it of on Flippa because most of them look out for earning proofs rather than metrics.

Looking at your SE traffic, you site is probably ranking for terms with around $4 CPC which is quite decent but then if its not ranking anywhere in top 10 its worthless. You best bet would be to list the site on Flippa with $1 reserve and let the market decide. Make a good sales copy though.

Why not just monetize it and show the value of the traffic, then? You might find a strategic buyer interested (as they would know what the traffic is actually worth), but to end-users on Flippa it's highly unlikely (see http://feinternational.com/blog/how-do-you-value-an-online-business/ for more detail).

SEMrush scrapes Google search results and only analyzes the TOP 20 results. Those scraped results are updated monthly, weekly or daily depending on their popularity and search volume.

    http://www.semrush.com/faq

To purchase a brand new domain, build a website and in 90 days get 50 keywords in the top 20 of Google SERPs, have SEMrush crawlers find your website, scrape those Google SERP results and find their popularity and search volume significant to update their database all in about 90 days is nothing short of a miracle.

    Congratulations.
