What would be the most optimal setup if you have an estonian company, but want to dropship in the USA or worldwide.. Taxes.

If you have an estionian business setup, but want to try and dropship in the united states, or the world. What would be the best way for that setup? Taxes and everything. Thanks

Taxations and stuff highly depend on your country of residence. For example - VAT can be a tricky subject when selling from EU to US.

I would actually suggest going for a local consultation because any advice you will receive on forums will and should be subject to doubt.

There are agencies that specialize in such consultancy services, visit few of them so you have more than one opinion and you will know what to do next.

0% tax schemes cost a lot and are for the big bois. They do exist but you must understand the risks. I would suggest always paying the taxes and staying in the range of your local law because tax fraud is something you don't want to do. Another thing, while you are earning less than 10k monthly nobody will give a fuck about you or your schemes, if you are below this threshold - just keep your esti setup and roll with it.

Hi. Yes thank you for your answer, and i am planning on paying taxes. I just asked if there would maybe be smarter setups like an american company, and so on, but that is too much hassle right now.. Estonia is fine.
I will ask tax experts later on more perhaps. But i wish you could point me in the right direction for the best dropshipping forums online in 2022 though..
I thought this was a good forum, but maybe there are better ones out there. Can you link some good forums on here maybe? Thanks

Its easy to open a company in US, check Stripe Atlas for the easiest way. But be aware that it can lead to taxation fuckery where you can end up paying double tax on your earnings if you are a resident of EU.

I cant point you to any forums as it's against the rules of this forum and I don't like dropshipping.

If you are looking for optimizations then I would suggest to look into opening company in Malta and enjoying a max tax of 5% only.

But I don't know how it would go against selling to US.
