What would be best social script?

I am looking for a nice social network script, not really dateing related type of script,

I have tried phpizabi but too many security flaws,

Can anyone recomend one please, pref free

Some of these are free and some are paid for scripts but there is alot of cloned site scripts on here. I always say "why reinvent what is already working". Why not try to make it better

You will find many scripts floating around net which are clone of popular scripts. You can even customize it. You will get lot at hotscript

 

I run an adult social network using phpFox...it's a pretty good script and has a lot of support and add-ons.

 

any of these is also easy to install? i just want to set it up in minutes and then get some1 make my design/header and then finished and not work hours and hours...

 

I've used social engine for one of my adult site. After tinkering for 2 days, I can't make the mp3 upload possible. Social Engine is nice, but might give a try to phpfox as mentioned above.

 

Elgg looks quite easy and efficient, give it a shot

I have asked the same question lots of times and it has taken me about 6 months to research and find the ultimate social networking script....

the script in question is phpfox 1.6.21 i have just built a site using this very script you can check it out @

Please note this site is not yet finished and needs to go onto a dedicated server wich i will be launching in mid january 2009 the script supports video streaming from multiple sources you can also upload your videos + music + unlimited amount of photos i have also included a free arcade in my site with over 1000 free games...

so in my humble opinoin phpfox is the best
