I bought GSA and did a tier 2 blast of 40 links per web2.0s. After sending to elitelinkindexer, few got indexed, but later they were all deindexed. It seems i bought the tool when is no longer working. Just a waste of money.
Now, how do you power your tier 2 and tier 3 in 2017?
I just need to make tier 1 strong.

Why did they got deindexed? Because of the Spam links you send to the web2.0s?

GSA tools were excellent in the past years. But, It is not yet dead.
Google is improving their algorithm day by day.

If you want to manage less number of sites means, better to go with some cheap PBN links for tier2, Blog commenting & social bookmarking methods.

Do you mean those 300 cheap PBN posts? If that is it, is it not worst than GSA, since they are public networks with many deindexed domains?

Op its not like you wasted moneyl. Its happening with normal sites with good quality content, First link get index and then it disappears. But they get back after few days. Blast your tier 2 and 3 with bulk do-fol-lo-w links (any type).

I suggesting you find some PBN seller in our marketplace for tier 2. If your tier 1 and tier 2 are strong links means you don't need to go for tier3 links.

    I do

    web 2.0 < 1st contextual tier < 2nd contextual tier < non-contextual tier

contextual meaning articles, social networks, and wikis

non-contextual meaning blog comments, guestbooks, and image comments.

I use the last tier to index the 2nd contextual tier instead of sending those links to a link processor. Saves me money

The 1st contextual tier I send to a link indexing processor.
