What was the name for the soft- Checking out Workers Desktop remotely.

    there were such an soft with which you were able to view what another person is doing on his PC ( like a remote desktop).
    I'm planing to hire someone and just want to see what he is doing in the time while he is supposed to be working.
    Anyone knows name for it?

    My favourite is Teamviewer.

    There is also VNC

    Team viewer? you can access another pc as well with team viewer not only monitoring
    It's free software
