    See thread title.

    Examples:

"Feminism is bad and actively makes the world worse. Feminism by it's nature is a female supremacy movement that seeks to subjugate men."

"The Big Lebowski, while somewhat entertaining is woefully overrated"

"Students need to pay back the loans they took out. Loan forgiveness is unfair for everyone who worked hard and sacrificed to get debt free."

Keep it religion and politics free, please. I don't want yet another closed thread.

Ready for people to tell me when they think this thread will be closed.

Oh fucking hell, where do I begin.

I think we should stop saving rare animals.

Yes ok, it's unfortunate their are only 3 black Rhinos left in the wild, very sad but you can't celebrate evolution and survival of the fittest while protecting animals the world clearly does not need any more.

Oh no we are low on mountain lions... why does the world need them? We are not short of pigs, cows, sheep... These are animals we need to eat and produce things to keep us alive. We don't need butterflys from the amazon, we need bacon.

Next time you see a panda on TV, just ask yourself why do we need it.

You will soon figure out we don't.

Look everyone, a legitimate response without involving politics and religion.

What about animals currently in zoos, whose lives are marginally safer and better quality than it would be in the wild? My reason for asking is that I recently saw a family of red pandas and they were all cute as fuck. What say you?

Zoos are great, keep some rare animals alive.

But paying for a 12 man armed squad to protect the last Rhinos 24 hours a day like we do currently and you have to question WTF is going on.

We have people holding their children in their arms right now, who is starving to death, there is nothing they can do about it and that shit must be fucking horrible to deal with.

But 100,000's of people have £3 a month to donate to a donkey with 3 legs.

    WTF.

That's the strangest description of Wikipedia's donation begging I've ever heard.

I agree with your above points.

Why was Harrison Ford in 3/4 of SW7. Who wants to see a geriatric play Hans again, his blaster shooting was pathetic!

We never went to the moon. It a complete struggle now to just get to the space station that's 200 miles away, and they say we did it in the 60's with the computing power of my TV remote control. It never happened.

You know if you have a good enough telescope you can literally see all the equipment from the moon landing that they left there...

Never seen that. They could at least turn the hubble round and take a few snaps or take some with all the probes floating around but they never did. It was all for the space race. No way could they survive through the radiation belt.

So how did they leave foot prints on the moon?

Just spend 30 mins researching it, its not a conspiracy theory any more.

The people that went were prepared to die on that mission, they didn't give a fuck. It might have had a 5% chance of success but they did it anyway and pulled it off.

    They are fucking heroes.

I would say that my most unpopular opinion is:

Sherbert Hoover has been posting a lot of controversial lounge threads lately, I think on purpose to try and rile people up.

I can only infer this means he is not getting much work done during the day...

I fucking hate the bottle return program we have here in the US. It's not nearly enough money to incentivize me to bring my trash back to the machines to recycle it. It pisses me off.

I think investing the amount of money we do into the space program is kind of ridiculous.

I agree with Ste about the animal thing. Humans love to fuck with evolution when they shouldn't. It saddens me when I hear about people trying to breed these endangered animals with their own relatives so the animals come out fucked up.

I don't like John Mcafee, but more worrying, he is starting to make me dislike all people called John.

I think they were extremely brave to get inside the rockets that were around at the time. They could have got blown up easily on take off. They were brave to even orbit the earth too, just a shame they never left our atmosphere. Who provided pics of some footprints?

Please stop spreading this conspiracy theory.
How about I throw in some "9/11 was an inside job", "new world order" and zionism stuff?

Dont believe all these conspiracy theory websites that name eachother as sources. They all got proved wrong.
