What UK webhost?

Hey guys,

I am in the process of setting up some .co.uk domains. Was going to host them on my usual hostgator account but figured that it would make more sense to host them on uk hosting as its supposedly easier to rank that way.

Anyone got any recommendations for uk hosting, preferably with cpanel?

hi.

'uk cheapest' is a decent uk web host.

Fasthosts has their home branch in the uk, check them out.

Cheers guys, after comparing those two uk cheapest seems to look better for me, anyone else got any other suggestions?

Have a look at TSO Host - great company (I have an aff link if you want to use it )
Its 15 quid a year and I use them - in the last 8 months, zero downtime and all queries answered within 30 mins or less (even at 3am on a Sunday morning!)

Have a look at monfis.us - yes .us; they are a UK company offering hosting in one of three locations of your choice (London, Freemont, Stockholm). You have to choose the location on account setup, it can't be changed later for that account. If you wish a different location from what you choosed, you have to setup another account with different server location. (I am running six accounts there for all locations)

They are not the cheapest but with great reliability and awesome customer service.
I am using them since six years for all my domains and I am glad to have found them, compared to the shit I had to swallow with "shitgater", "shitdaddy" and "shitworksolutions".

try eukhost but personally i prefer fasthost
