Most of these are spammy domains. Do not depend only on PA DA for checking stats. TF CF are far better in finding quality domains. Being one of the top expired PBN domain sellers, I can tell you some basics which I follow for my domains:
1. Check TF CF (I care less about PA DA nowadays but if those are good too it is better. I use both root as well as www TF CF and use the one thats better). I normally prefer and sell TF CF (and most PA DA too) 15+.
2. Then I check history of the site from archive.org. Check at least 1-2 snpshots for each year. If there is Chinese history or PBN just leave it immediately. I use EU history domains as those are good too from my personal tests.
3. Make sure there are no 301 redirects etc. or previous PBN or adsense banned issue (in case building adsense site) in the past.
4. TF CF ratio should be 2 at the most i.e. CF should at best be twice of TF.
5. Check the backlinks manually at Majestic and Ahrefs. I normally tend to not go with domains which have comment links, guestbook links etc. as primary ones.
6. Anchor texts should be varied with almost no Chinese or other foreign anchor texts. European is still fine for me though I prefer English first. Make sure the anchor texts are diversified. With time, you will know a real organic link structure just from the anchor text graph.
7. Finally use your own discretion. Some domains with great TF CF and perfect stats might not be of the desired quality. Check the backlink structure for that. For example, Majestic might discover some links, Ahrefs some and Moz almost none. If 3 of them are CNN, BBC and Authority Wikipedia page backlinks and if they are niche relevent, I would rather go for it even if it is say lesser stats than my desired level over another domain with higher stats.
One more thing. A domain which has got like DA 50+ is probably a spammed to death domain. I have tested it out and a good domain would not have such a higher PA. Even if there was one, the owner would never leave it, then the registrar would not leave it, then the domain scrapers like hugedomains, namejet etc. would never leave it. Even if a huge authority site is going to shut down, do not expect the domain to lie unclaimed if the links and domains are really valuable. The domaining game is in seconds and in mili-seconds of expiry. Good domains do not last very long. Most of the domains that are lying around are actually super sh!tty domains who nobody wants and have hence, never grabbed them.
