PPC/adwords tell them over the phone and i am sure the caller will be happy to know that you are using this method to advertise with...other popular marketing method is submissin of articles.

I usually use a freebie site with good amount of traffic to signup. In the freebie sites I will have a few offers from other networks (free to signup stuffs) just to show them that :

    1. I am with other networks
    2. I have a good looking site / landing page
    3. I have good looking traffic ;)

Then tell them you are doing PPC advertising with all 3 (Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and MIVA). You will be good enough for them :D

I don't know why people recommend going with a professional website, etc. What I do is call them on the phone and say that I'm using google adwords, and that I don't have a website. However, if they insist on having a website (millnic media did) then tell them well you have a website, but it's not used for these cpa purposes, would you like to see it? They'll say sure, and then you send them your automotive site.

You then follow up and say "Yes, so the majority of my traffic comes from ppc and media buys from places like adbrite and other publishers." Then you get approved.
