Fitness proof videos, particularly if there is a female claiming how she has quickly lost weight. Some people turned into celebrities in this niche.

I always assumed it was videos with certain keywords that car dealers/mortgage companies/insurances could advertise on. I thought they paid higher as advertisers than other industries

I have to agree with groundboy. Gaming people are making shit ton of money if made well. Look around, there are more millionaire gamers than ever!

Based on CPM I think "Making money online" is one of the best paying niches.
I'm pretty sure other niches as Beauty, Gambling, Finance would be paying good as well.

Yes, that is correct. A video could go viral and because of the niche only earn peanuts, but another video could earn more with far less views in a better niche like finance
