    Hey guys,

I mainly build affiliate sites and have been thinking of hiring a close relative as they're currently struggling to find a job.

However I'm not sure what type of work to give him.

My question is, what type of SEO work do you usually outsource to your PA?

You're being paranoid man. Google does not have access to the IP address activity of every site on the web.

I send my VA's everything I can. Web 2.0 creation, PBN building, uploading articles to my PBN. The only real thing I do these days is identify domains for my PBN, buy them, and find cheap hosting (and I'll prob. eliminate this step soon too), and buy article from peeps here on BHW. From there I can outsource everything else.

How you spend your time is one of the biggest factors in your SEO success. You'll get nowhere doing grunt work by hand, only thing you should really be doing is strategizing sites to build and putting systems in place to automate all that extremely time consuming shit that has to be done.

I am not using a PA right now, but I plan to hire one and get rid of the tier 2 & 3 content creation.

Update in a year how well you're doing.
I'm not building a site to wake up one day and cry because it was hit with a penalty. I'm building a long term business. I paid $7,000 for this domain, I don't want to throw it away.

Laubster is not far off even though you think he is. Letting VAs keep you PBN if you are running them is a good idea, it keeps you from leaving footprints.

But to the discussion at hand:

You can outsource anything you can properly explain. The questions are do you need to build a step by step procedure for the person to follow, and will they actually do what they are told to consistently over time?

Most of the time the VA gets a general idea of what to do, and when its done the buyer doesnt really know how it was done. If you gve someone a peocedure, you can see the steps they took, and see that they have done their job. This procedure has to be accurate. Also, the quality of a VA's work tends to degrade as time passes, making it less likely they will actually follow the procedure. I have never had a VA that didn't suffer a severe quality drop after the first few weeks. I moved on to vendors for that reason.

You can pass off the grunt work of content posting when you provide the content, filling out SEO plugins from your spreadsheet, editing images and stripping them to optimize, making slideshows and podcasts and sharing them out, posting videos, and so on can be pushed off to someone trained to do this. If you are a local business, citations building can. They can do research and link outreach, social media.

The thing is you can have some do anything IF you can describe and IF they will actually do it.

depends upon what you are comfortable explaining him. If you can explain him how to build links, you can get almost anything from him.

I would start with web 2.0 account creation, spinning content for lower tiers, this kind of stuff.

If you have good funds then obviously PBN is the best bet, otherwise hire someone to write unique content and just submit web 2.0s with atleast 3 to 4 unique articles per blog.

Your assistant can create web2.0s, find blogs for guest posts, do other link building tasks. If he is good in English he could write articles for tier 1 links.

If it was me, I'd definitely have them write some high quality unique articles for PBN. Perhaps even have him looking for some good niche related outreach opportunities?
