What trouble could I get in for selling counterfeit items with WooCommerce?

I want to sell counterfeit stuff using WooCommerce. Could anybody tell me what things I'd have to keep in mind before doing it? Is it safe for me to do so? How should I host it and where? etc.

Offshore hosting with no connection to your real identity. Use a VPN/Proxy to connect to your host.
Obviously still risks involved, personally I wouldn't bother, plenty of hassle free ways of making money.

Offshore host. Offshore domain registrar. Don't use Paypal/Stripe.
Find your counterfeit competition and mimic their payment processor/behind the scenes tech.
