Hi guys
Only missing things I see from what other fellows wrote are :
-Don't use login method such as Gmail/Facebook etc. when asked to (websites/apps...)
-Set your browser to automatically reject cookies and clear history or entirely disable history
-Disable all browser trackers and other data collection in the settings
-Use a different mail for each service provider, such as socials medias (or don't use SM)
-Use a disposable temporary email for junk websites and other spammy subscription
(use DuckDuck to find a free one)
-Don't use browser (or OS/cloud) based password manager.
Reasons are obvious, but even a major company such as Apple can encounter a data breach and password leaks.
Good old pen and paper for your passwords is safer...
To be fair, even Linux is spying on you, Windows has (is?) a rootkit, iOS and Android does the same...
I guess now a day you'll never achieve complete anonimity, but you will be WAY less tracked combining all those things.
Hope this might help other fellows.
PS : GOS is great for anonimity, but at some point you'll have to create a second session/use another phone for stuff like banking apps which requires gApps...
And then you're tracked again, at best.
