    Hi,

What tools are you using to manage the entire PBN?

    - Articles (Found Article Forge to help me generate articles but please recommend if you have something better than it)

    - PBN Creation

I use MainWP to manage the entire PBN but still require someone to set up everything .

    What else?

I don't know what MainWp is but I'm assuming is a Wordpress network or multisite administrator, doesn't that leave a big footprint?

right now I have a big fat Excel chart I update every month and check on my Pbns with. Half of my PbN's are way back machine restoresso I don't put new articles on them the other half I schedule 12 articles for the year (just started doing that). All my hosts are autoreneew so i dont need to check on hosts or domain names so not much to manage there. once i break certain salary goal I will hire a virtual assistant to manage small tasks like these.

Excel: Domain - All login information -keywords used in articles- last date posted on

I find it easy to manage like that, however you just have to remember to always update it when you post an article.

    I use OneNote.
I have a chapter for the site, with all info.
I have a chapter for that sites PBNs, with all information per page.

I forward all emails from all sites to an outlook account, I set up rules for it to autoplace my information in the right page.

I will use a relational database (most likely MYSQL) instead of spreadsheets because SQL databases are much more powerful and flexible than spreadsheets. But that's only because I know programming, I can create charts, apply logic to the data, import, filter, sort, merge, crete automatic tasks with the data, Create my very own dashboard, can read the data from a wide range of clients (from the command line to mobile devices), etc.

For everyone else a spreadsheet is just fine.

I remembered coming across a software where it will show screenshots of the entire PBN (You will then know which is hacked/down from one glance ) and the Majestic stats . I unsubscribed from it so do anyone know a similar software?

Back in the day, I would've said that being on WordPress is a huge footprint. Don't get me wrong, to some extent, it still kind of is, especially if you use the exact same plugins, themes, onpage, etc.

    But...

WordPress now powers roughly 27% of the internet (https://w3techs.com/). Having WordPress is now becoming akin to being just another face in the crowd. I know some refute the 27% claim as being lower, but I actually believe if you counted all websites on the internet, it would be higher.

Most samples only look at the top 1 million sites, top 10 million etc. That's where all of the money is and those sites can afford to have proprietary platforms. I think once you get into the bottom of the barrel, nearly all of them will be running WordPress.com, WordPress.org and Blogger.

One last thing, I know Google looks at the generator meta (because I've received messages in Google Search Console about vulnerabilities for specific WP versions), I wonder if that is all they look at. If so, you could just insert fake generator meta data. I think it would cost too much in computing power to try figuring out what platform each site uses. Of course, that part is just a stab in the dark on my part.

I remembered seeing it on here so hoping someone can just pop up with the answer. See the importance of calling ur company the right name instead of some cheesy things that make it so hard for people like me to remember when i want to use it again

Using tools to maintain a PBN would never be a great idea. For contents, WordAi can be the best option. But for maintaining the PBN, I would suggest you to hire a team to manage them manually, so your PBN gets longer life with more secured. Tools may leave footprints in to your PBN.

Ye I totally get that, my take is to have most of my sites in WP yet occasionally build a static html or forum. This makes even more sense if you're in the habit of buying old local / club / charity domains.

As for organisation, Excel and Main WP work extremely well for me. To be honest having too much automation can be a bad thing, it leads to poor quality work and footprints which if you're investing hard earned $$$ into a project isn't worth it - if a jobs worth doing well...

The only money I spend is on the domains:

    • Spin my own content
    • Cloaked NS/IP address (all unique)
    • Sites hosted across around 6 servers (because I cloak I don't need separate IP's etc. from my hosting provider)
    • Excel
    • Imacros+.csv file import for posting
    • I generate all the logos online
    • I have my own themes i've set up without the footer etc.
But if you are looking for post management go with iMacro's, i'll report back in 5 with a model template on how to work it.

I built a bot that does that. PM and I'll see if I can find it. Maybe I'll post it out in a thread if people need it :)
