What tools are needed to create a doorway page and index fast like this ?

You can try Ahrefs or SEOptimer

Those look like exploited fckeditor installations. The method to replicate them is relatively easy to work out. Look at the content of the url in the 'Connector=' section of each url's query string.

Can this used as backlinks and how?
this redirect website to mid-site which also redirect to the final site, so this would b a backlink to mid-site not final site.
or this just to get traffic?

Is an exploited script on a third party domain safe for money sites? I think you can answer this question yourself, based on your own tolerances.

If you check the url structure of these exploited fckeditor urls, they pretty much all have similar paths, so you can find them using inurl: footprints

I know how to index the problem is I don't know to get the link from fckeditor.
