I have a tiny budget of $100 to spend on a SEO tool I'm, new to backlinking and not sure what to do. Can I use scrapebox to find opportunities for manual backlinking? Is there another tool you would recommend?

    Thanks

Scrapebox works great for that. Does take a bit of getting used to though. You would basically use it to find as many urls as possible, then use false info to check if they are autoapprove and then keep all that failed, re-run failed autoapprove with new proxies. Then save the failed, check for # of outbound links, and those that are lower are usually very well moderated. Keep the autoapproves though just in case you ever need a lot of spammy links. Theres tutorials on youtub to show you exactly how to do it. Plus it's pretty cheap and can do so much more than you can imagine once you learn it, and you'll already have the license incase price goes up when they release new version.

Check out GSA-SER. I haven't used it personally but everyone seems to love it.

If all you want to do is find manual backlinking opportunities, then save your money and do it using Google.com. Scrapebox is meant for large scale SEO work, like scraping thousands of backlink targets.
