What to use my Dedi and VPS for?

Hi Im just looking for some advice and ideas of how to use my Dedi (Win 2008) and a VPS (CentOS). Im currently learning about WHM and Cpanel with the VPS and the Dedi is running scrapebox which Im very new to... any other ideas? They both have good connection speeds... Or if you could share how you use your own if you have them.
