I'm sorry for posting so many threads, but hey, with a community like this, if I have an issue like I do now, I'm not going to pass the chance up for others to weigh in their two cents.

So my PayPal was limited on the 12th of February, 2015. Only issue is that even though it's been 180 days, I still can't withdraw. (I have not received a notification saying that I can.)

I just want to phone them up, but I'm afraid they're going to ask for my proof of ID and location over the phone (as in telling me to email them it), and if I don't, I don't want them to get suspicious. (This is a stealth account, mind you. I can't provide this.)

So, what do I tell them to convince them to allow me to withdraw?

    Thanks,
    ItsTheCoon.

Just call them using VOIP number .
tell them that its been more than 180 days bla bla..
and even if they asks you documents (which i dont think they will), convince them that you dont wanna do business with them anymore and that you just need to take that money out bla bla.. or drop it and call them again.
Then you should have ability to withdraw your funds But only through Bank or check(i guess) (Use payoneer if you have paypal from us Else it mightn't work)

You can try emailing support. If its passed 180 days, seems like they would be able to give you the option to withdraw via email

If you talk to them about your situation sometimes you can get the limit faster to 45 days instead of 180.
