You should tell your AM that you will settle for cash outside of court. Unless those emails are double opt in you should plan on some substantial snags.

I think they are referring to the fact that it's a crime to mail to lists that arent double opt in

the fact that it's not double-opt--in has nothing to do with this, this is obviously black-hat, damn....dude you need to throw on some more offers across some different networks, your conversions will most likely be too high, or your gonna make too much on a network between the 2 even. So yeah, break down how your gonna send these offers a little better my man and you'll be straight. As for what to say to your AM, ask him how he's doing and go about what your doing, he don't need to know what the hell your doing or how big of a campaign your launching. Info is on a need to know basis, everyone needs to remember that.

or just tell him it is a double-opt in, why would you tell him it's not a double opt in and risk it? are you kidding me, he's not gonna know one way or another, use this to your advantage if your gonna tell him anything, and lie to his ass. Cause if its not ok with him, then he says no, fucks your campaign up, cause then he will know if you do run ur campaign then.
