You can try to install cpanel which is quite user friendly. For security, you may search for server management company to setup for you with just small one time fee. Less headache.

You should go for cPanel indeed which is quite user friendly and select a provider that will manage it for you.
It would avoid you to have to learn for hours with the stress of fixing something fast since you have a safety net.

Nothing difficult in managing a vps.
    1. You get your VPS deployed (should not take more than 5 minutes)
    2. You install VestaCP (5 minutes)
    3. Setup VestaCP and your domain
    4. Upload your website
    5. You are done.
I have written a simple tutorial about installing VestaCP: https://www.rearweb.com/forum/websi...all-vestacp-on-centos-6-7-through-ssh-command
And tutorial about adding domain in VestaCP: https://www.rearweb.com/forum/websi...-to-create-nameservers-add-domains-in-vestacp
If you need help, tell me.

cPanel is not free so many VPS users go for free control panels like VestaCP or Webmin.

If you don't want to pay the monthly fee for cPanel, we've written a tutorial on how to start with a VPS using Vesta, a free control panel. It has images and it's noob friendly. Here it is.

It's always so easy, "I'm just gonna do this, do that, click this aaaand everything is fucked..."
Deploy new Server coz last one is screwed, 5 mins later... Aaaand this one is fucked too...

It's never easy doing something for the first time, but once you go trough all the struggle you will feel like a champion and you will learn it for life, so just go for it and learn while doing it :) @Standartuye

If you are comfortable with cPanel than you can purchase a linux server and install cPanel or you buy VPS with cPanel which most provider provide this option with some extra money normally 15$
