What to do with unlimited amount of VCC's?

Hey guys, I have access to a lot of VCC's (MasterCards). Reloadable VCCs actually and I was wondering if you could suggest ways on how I can make money with those. Maybe suggest signup offers on websites that offer free trial of a product or services? Or something similar to making PayPal accounts, getting them verified with the VCC then selling off the PayPal accounts. I need ideas that can earn me minimum of $5 per each VCC.

The VCCs used to work fine for AWS but lately I think the BIN for my VCCs have been blacklisted by AWS. I'm thinking of trying to make Azure accounts in bulk but I have to find a buyer first.

They work with VPS providers? Many has huge coupons when connecting credit cards.

My VCCs used to work perfectly well with AWS but recently it seems my VCC BIN has been flagged. So No, I don't think AWS will work for now but I'll still confirm then let you know.
