    Hey guys,

I created a pretty good looking website about Anxiety about 3 months ago. I spent a lot of time making the site look good, putting in good content, creating color palettes, logos, banners, everything. I created a Resources page, spent a lot of ton writing good content about Medications, and lots of other things.

    Here is the website: http://www.anxietyheadquarters.com/

Now, I haven't done anything really with the website in about a month, and it's just been sitting there. What are my different options for it? Is it just a Web 2.0 to maybe post some random links on? Should I turn it into a money site? What do you guys think? Is there a way to sell a website like this?

    Thanks alot for your input!

You are in a pretty high comp niche, so you would have to dish out several franklink's to start earning from it. What I recommend you do is outreach to other medication or non-profit sites and ask them to link to your non-monetized site as a resource. Soon, you'll be getting tons of authority, and you'll be able to monetize your site otherwise.

So besides trying to gain authority to it, there's really no reason besides maybe including it in my "portfolio" or something?

You could monetise it once you get authority links, but the niche is too competitive, so unless you can churn maybe 5-10 more as web 2.0s then yeah

Why did you create the website in the first place? What was the goal?

If it has decent content and gets some traffic, then yes, you could always sell it, but otherwise to make money from it, then of course you'll need to promote it, get ranked for meaningful keywords, monetize it with relevant offers, etc.
