What to do with my IG influencer friends

Hii everyone,

Throughout my work i make lots of new connections with interesting individuals in the sports, art, tech, music and fashion industry. I've gained over 300+ verified and influential friends on IG and we some have even created private groups to discuss their artistic interests. Do you guys have any suggestions how i might turn my connections into something like a business? Or do deals?

You may create service where people can invite those influencers to their private parties, birthdays etc. and take commission from that.
 
You could always sell promotion/paid post and give them a %

Really a good idea, but the influencer should be pretty famous.

Another thing you could do is ask them if they want to do paid promotion, and those willing to do so, you can get them the business for promotion and take some percentage out of it, being the middleman

but how will i find the companies that need those influencer. If there is a well established company already out there, i would gladly partner with them :)

Three ideas:

1) You connect influencers with other influencers (already existing niche)
2) You connect influencers with brands (already existing niche)
3) You spend some time with them to understand what's their most common and painful problem and find a cost effective, scalable and efficient solution to the problem.

If you have deeper connections to these influencers, then the 3rd is absolutely the best.
Given you have excellent communication skills and are able to read among the lines.
 
You can launch a product or brand. You can do a bit research on what type of products you should choose like clothing brand or something like that. Since you already have a lot of influencer friends, you can ask them to do influencer marketing for you and this can turn into a successful business.
