What to do with large cash flow to generate more cash

I have a large cash flow ($10,000+/month) and I'm trying to figure out how to use it to increase revenue. Preferably, I like to do so injecting as minimal effort as possible as my current income streams take up a lot of my time and energy.

I apologize for such a broad question but my gut feeling tells me that the ideas I've thought of aren't as effective or require a lot of effort:

* site flipping - I have some web dev skills but that still requires work on my part
* dividend and REIT investing - This was more appetizing because the money is working for me but the time horizon wasn't ideal since I don't know how long this revenue stream is going to last
* rent out 3d printers - low barrier of entry and not as much effort but the market doesn't look strong here.
* Buying real estate to rent out - Again, time horizon and my income is not as stable

Thanks for the suggestions! :D

Buying real estate to rent out
I would do this to be honest. I don't know what is the real estate market like in your country but in most places it's a tried and tested thing. You can even hire an estate manager if you plan on doing Airbnb

if your current income streams are taking up a lot of your time, the solution isn’t finding a new income stream. You need to figure out how to buy back your time.

Buy back your time by Dan Martell is a very tactical book to do this.

If you don’t want to buy back your time instead want to pursue a different opportunity, make that clear. Almost any opportunity you try to pursue will take up more time energy and focus than you anticipate.

Starting something new might take up 50% of your time, but it won’t generate 50% more revenue. Often times it’s better just to focus on increasing what you’re already doing.

Unless you want to switch from one opportunity to another, I wouldn’t recommend doing both at the same time.

As for your access cash, I would personally do some thing like houses or investments in stocks. Even houses will take up more time than you anticipate. Only something like securities can be a truly passive investment.

Buy some land - no need to be huge.
Build a greenhouse - not expensive.
Grow weed - make sales.

It's starting to sound like that financial securities are really the only way effective way with my current situation

Let's do a JV for site flipping. I have 8 years of experience and have sold 50+ websites. Your money + my skills = Huge profits. Ready to share proofs first and discuss before we proceed.

If you can manage all expenses, real estate is the best hedge
You can also buy starter sites and work on it for a year and then sell off

I would look into crypto trading or futures. And if you want to mitigate the risk, simply invest in upcoming crypto project, and wait for the next bullrun.
There is a lot of good information out there just needs the research.

That still requires effort and time which are both are already being taken up by my other ventures.

That's a no-go. Too many horror stories of developers rug pulling their investors.

Real estate is definitely sounding like one of the ways to go. Although my concern is the rising interest rates.

Like I mentioned before, building a site and then flipping it for a profit still requires a significant amount of effort. I need to keep the effort at a minimal while I focus on maintaining my current income stream

Dividend stock investing

Edit: didnt read the first post fully ..

just buy ETF and let it grow?

trial tested strategy over 10y+ horizon

keep it stupid simple

As mention here look in ETF or other fond investment. Is least work u have and can focus on already existing business while grow what you saving.
