What to do with free labor?

My company has 3 secretaries that answer phones. However, half of their day is spent sitting and waiting for the phone to ring. I am looking for a job to give them that meets the following requirements:

• Can be interrupted frequently to answer calls
• Is not so blackhat that they would not be willing to do it
• Can be taught easily

They all have access to the internet at their desks.
Any idea's from my fellow blackhatters?

make big list of how to articles and give them packages to rewrite lol

Make them write/re-write articles, manually submit articles, social bookmarking, etc.

I think there are other ideas which can be implemented, BH techniques definitely. Could end up earning you about 100+ $ per day possibly.
