What to do with adult niche email list?!

Umm...hi!

So, I have a list of real people who are into adult niche. It's not that big, but it's growing everyday nonetheless. . The cool thing is that aside from emails, I have their full names and even full addresses. I did try "e-whoring", and it does work, but not as smoothly as I thought.

So, i'm looking for some ideas of how to expose it.

P.S. All the people from the list are from US.
