In spanish, we can find words such as, How (Cómo), What (Cúal) and a lot of more.

    Examples for articles:

    - Cómo hacer ... (How do...?)
    - Cúal es ... (What is...?)

So my question is regarding the titles of articles and SEO, should I use these accents or not? Its bad for organic search?

Just use English characters without using any special accents.

I've never tried ranking a site in a language other than English, although wouldn't it be better to use the accented version in order to both comply with the Webmaster Quality Guidelines (section 1.4: Engaging) and possibly to increase your CTR in the SERPs by showing your potential visitors that you can spell correctly?

There's also an article on Moz's blog that goes over what not to do with accents.
