    Ok so i have a PR2 site.

I dont use it so i guess selling it is better.

Its in the SEO/SEM niche which i just uploaded a template to and left alone so when i checked a few days back it was PR2.

    How much could it fetch?

A friend of mine said It could also be converted into the Acai berry niche as it contains the berry keyword in the domain :)

    I dont expect alot !

Depends on the buyer really. To me it would have almost the same value as a PR0 site, as G seems to have bumped up PR across the board in the latest update. But to someone who likes the name and knows how to monetize it, it could probably fetch as much as $100.

What about the content? Does your site have unique content?

It really depends on a lot of factors... Traffic etc, revenue etc...

Its gonna go for $50-70 IMO if its good...

As i said i just uploaded a template and forgot about it.

Traffic is minimal and no revenue.

It was more or less a consultant's site.

$50 or under. People are hesitant on buying websites based on PR right now, for the exact reason you mentioned, Google just bumped it up for no reason, as well as hundreds of thousands of other sites.

I said you COULD get that IF someone likes the name and knows how to monetize it. Those are two big IFs there. :)

You probably won't get anything near $100 though, realistically. If someone offers you $50, take the money and run. ;)
