Hi all. I was part of the forum years ago, and I am back after having totally forgotten all my old login info. Anyways, I know you guys have a ton of ideas and information on how to make money online. My situation is this: I am a good writer. I write articles and blogs full time. Also, I have an employee who is a college educated U.S. born and raised writer. He is just as good a writer as I, probably better. Right now I have him writing blogs and articles, and I may be making less than $1000 per month (net) after I pay him. Because we live in a 3rd world country, I have been able to hire the guy for just about $500 per month. He works in my office and is generally a good employee.

My question is if you guys have any ideas on how to significantly increase the $1500 - $2000 per month I am generating now. I mean, we are two VERY capable guys and there is no reason I shouldn't be bringing in $5000+ per month with us both working full time. I know there must my far more lucrative ways to get paid. I would like to pay this guy more too, because he deserves it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    I have thought about:
    1. telemarketing to get more blog clients (#1 idea at this time.) I am just burnt out after years of working on the phones. That is why I haven't done it.
    2. posting product reviews
    3. posting comments on websites
    4. staying on Odesk, CL, etc. looking for better opportunities
    5. SEO

Thanks for reading. Hope to get some good ideas from you all!

    Thanks SB.

You are right. It does smack of sales pitch. The truth is that I have no problem finding jobs on freelance sites, etc. It's just that the what I am finding is not able to be scaled. It is all pay for play. I write an article and get paid once. I just need to find some things that can be scaled, or have residuals, or SOMETHING. I think you see the point. The reason I came back to this site is because I remember that, at least a couple of years ago, there were a number of people who were truly helpful in giving their advice and tutorials. I am just hoping to find that again.

Opening this post I had two distinct feelings:
    1. I seem to be advertising. But, I am not
    2. I am asking for something for nothing. I am asking someone to give me advice for free. Of this, I am guilty. But I would be willing to trade some top notch writing for the right actionable information.

I'm doing some freelance writing beside of my school, and the way i have gotten all my customers, is on local internet marketing forums, and mouth to mouth. I do not have a website yet, but i'm planning to start up more serious, and hire a student or two, to work with me.
