so a network recently dropped me saying that I have fraudulent leads. We talked on the phone and he asked how I do things...blah blah blah. He and I came to the conclusion that I got attacked. SO fast forward to today. I called him again and he said he asked their inspection department to look into it further and they refuse to re-accept my accout and wont pay me because they found that 30% of my leads were fraudulent. I basically said ok....and that was that. what do I do next? Unfortunately it was my first month with them too. had over 3K coming.

I called em again, and asked if I could get paid for 70% and they said since they closed my account for fraud, that my AM doubts they will pay me a penny, but he said he would put in that request. I doubt he even goes that far and does that. CHIT.

Get 2 back packs, fill them with Soap bars, dress the back packs with a really big coat above them, get a weird looking pen, connect some wires to it, make it seem they are comming through your arm directly from the backpacks.

Go knock on their door, this should work!

But you also should consider a plan to get away from there as fast as you can! :D

Visit their office if you can, buy a bazooka , and ... do it! :rocketwho

If you can't, attack them online (u should be a hacker)

If you can't. So, CRY :D

Errr? the above solutions are hardly going to help anything.

What you need to do now is consider how much you have actually invested for this 3K! It is probably 80% sure that you aren't going to get this cash from the CPA.

If you can cover all out goings that generated to make the 3k then you haven't actually lost anything thus allowing you to pick your self up and start again!

Blackhat is like cheating in your marriage, if you get caught - the big friendly wave goodbye comes along!

Biffo. thanks for your info. you are right on about covering what you made to make up for the loss. I was hoping someone might have had luck with getting their money when they got dropped. I have pretty much made up what I spent to get the 3K, but I was just bummed when I saw I wasnt getting paid. I guess that is how it goes when you do blackhat. learn from your mistakes and dont make the same mistake twice.

sue the guys, if they agree only 30% are fradulent, they need to pay 70%.

if not result, contact the advertiser directly and explain they are been charge for your work but network dont want to pay...

It sounds like if they said 30% are fraudulent, they are figuring the other 70% iare fraudulent by association. Bullshit! Don't give that up without a fight.

i also met this kind of case before.the AM said they wouldnt pay a penny if account had been terminated due to any fraudulent leads detected. and all of these,as he told me,have been written in the Terms.
    that's damn bad thing,i lost nearly $900

You can bug them all you like, but really, at the end of the day they caught you because you were too sloppy doing whatever you were doing.

It's only $3k. Chalk it up to a lesson learned, tighten up your marketing, spread out your risk among more networks next time, and get back to work. Make that $3k and then some back in a day.

You can always get an LLC and get them back. Which in this business is a good thing to do then if you get caught up with something tough its harder for them to come after you. Learn from what you have done and move on maybe they will send you a check maybe not just be more careful in the future.

suppose the affiliate never did any BH or cheating

are they using the correct term ?

    not fraudulent

but " bad quality " leads

30% leads are not of good quality ?
